虽然汽车颜色可以改变，但不是所有的颜色都可以改。
三种颜色特种车专用的颜色不能随意使用：
消防专用的红色、工程抢险专用黄色、国家行政执法专用的上白下蓝。
排除了特种颜色外，我们可以用车管所提供的颜色卡条作为参考颜色。
根据公安部第124号令《受罚机动车登记规定》修订版的规定： 汽车可改变车身颜色，变更颜色后必须在10天内向车管所申请备案。
