Spartan is more than a race; it’s a way of life. We believe that you can’t have a strong body without a strong mind, that you can’t grow without pressure, that obstacles help shift our frame of reference and make us more resilient. We believe that signing up for a race holds us accountable and keeps us motivated to train harder and eat healthier. With more than 200 events in over 30 countries there’s no excuse to take the first step.

超酷，超炫，超好玩的赛事设计，已经吸引了超过800万人次的参与。此赛事共有三个级别，分别是：Spartan Race Sprint斯巴达勇士竞速赛（6公里多，超过21个障碍）、Spartan Race Super斯巴达勇士超级赛（12公里多，超过24个障碍）和Spartan Race Beast斯巴达勇士野兽赛（21公里以上，超过30个障碍）。级别越高，里程越长，比赛地形越复杂，障碍难度也逐步增加。每当未能成功通过障碍时需要接受惩罚，你要做30个俯卧蹲起跳，然后才能继续比赛。

Sprint: The Spartan Sprint puts endurance aside and tests your quickness through 3+ miles (about 6+Kilometers) loaded with 20+obstacles. A great starter distance for beginners, or a perfect test against time for the more advanced racer.

Super: The Spartan Super is a smuch mental as it is physical, spanning over 8+ miles(about 12+Kilometers) that are just as unforgiving as the 25+ obstacles that litter the distance.

Beast: The Spartan Beast is just plain hard. This is our longest and most difficult race out of our three main race types and is aptly named for its brutal 12+ miles（21+kilometers） circuit with more than 30 obstacles that try to keep you from your finish line.

一年之内（1月1日-12月31日）到世界上任何地方，分别完成一场竞速赛、一场超级赛、一场野兽赛，就能成为赢得“三色奖章”，成为“SPARTAN TRIFECTA”的一份子。

Become a member of the Spartan TRIFECTA Tribe by finishing one of each Spartan distance: Sprint, Super and Beast, in a calendar year (January 1 – December 31st), anywhere in the world. But don’t complete just one. The more TRIFECTAs you earn, the higher you rank, and the bigger your medal will be.

2016年斯巴达勇士赛首次进入中国，成功在北京、上海、香港和台湾举办，吸引了超过18500人的参与，其中还包括众多艺人的参与。

Spartan Sprint, one type of the Spartan, came to China in 2016. With 6+K loaded with 20+ obstacles, Spartan Sprint is the shortest race among all types of Spartan.

2016年，Spartan Sprint 首秀吸引万千爱好者， 2017年，超级赛首次在中国上演，共有超过17000位挑战成功，成为超级勇士。2018年，斯巴达勇士赛全面升级！全球30个国家，15场世锦赛分站赛，5场洲际锦标赛，1场世界锦标赛即将上演。中国也将有5场世锦赛分站赛和更高级别赛事——斯巴达勇士野兽赛的登陆。不仅如此！2018年新增年龄段组，让非专业但又有运动基础和竞技心的选手们，有机会站上领奖台，登上国际赛场。

组别说明/CATEFORY

精英组/THE ELITE CATEGORY：

比赛日上午男女组分别优先于其他勇士出发。精英勇士在比赛过程中需严格遵守参赛规则，通过障碍时不得互相帮助。精英组男女前三名勇士，都将获得组委会颁发的奖金及奖品。

These athletes are competing to win prize money, test themselves against the best of the best, attract potential sponsors, and rise to the top of the Spartan Race Point Series. Elite men and women team will be given priority to start on the morning of the race day. Elite Racers, like all Spartan athletes, commit to flawless sportsmanship and adhere strictly to the race rules and guidelines. Racers who fail to follow the seguide lines risk disqualification. If you have to ask yourself if you are elite, you probably aren’t.

年龄段组/THE AGE GROUP CATEGORY：

本组别男女混合，按年龄段划分成6个年龄段，于精英组后，公开组前出发。比赛过程中需要严格遵守参赛规则，通过障碍时不得互相帮助。各年龄段组前三名，都将获得组委会颁发的奖品。

Racers in age group will start after elite group. Age Group racers will follow the same rules and standards as the Elite racers. Age Group heats will be officiated by on-course referees, video review, and feature an Age Group points series with exciting prizes, podium awards, and athlete rankings. Age Group Racers believe they could win or place in a given race when stacked against only the best of the best within their designated age group.

公开组/OPEN CATEGORY:

比赛日于精英组和年龄段组之后出发，按报名系统匹配的时间出发。比赛过程中需遵守参赛规则，通过障碍时可以互相帮助。本组别无奖金/奖品发放。

The Open category is for everyone, period. Weekend warriors, novice athletes, first-time racers, and teams are all welcome here. The Open category offers the same opportunity as the Age and Elite categories to get far outside your comfort zone, test your body’s limits, and experience the awesome rush of the finish line. However, there’s no pressure to push your pace. Racers in open group will start according to the matched time after elite group and age group. They have to compliance strictly with the rules and can help each other when they can’t go through the obstacles. No bonuses / prizes in this group.

无论你是哪一个组别，在一年内（1月1日-12月31日）挑战不同次数三个级别比赛，即可完成Trifecta或Delta。

Regardless of which category you race in, all finishes will count toward the completion of a TRIFECTA or Spartan DELTA in a calendar year (January 1 – December 31st).
