李奕贤生于 1962 年。1986 年，他毕业于新加坡国立大学化学工程系。1997 年，他完成美国哈佛商学院行政管理课程，2001 年完成清华大学管理课程。李先生毕业后加入经济发展局，在人力资源、服务业发展、中国业务和化学工业等领域担任要职。在1993 年至1997 年期间，他被派驻华盛顿和芝加哥，1997 年至1998年期间被派驻中国苏州。2000 年，李先生出任新加坡生产力与标准局副总裁。2001 年，李先生受委为新加坡国际企业发展局局长。2006 年5 月大选，李先生当选东海岸集选区国会议员, 并出任贸工部政务部长。身为贸工部政务部长，李先生积极促进新加坡与中国、中东及俄罗斯的经济交流、国际贸易及投资。2009 年4 月，李先生兼任人力部政务部长，负责督导和倡导人力部与贸工部联合成立的国家生产力工作小组的研发工作。李先生已婚，育有两子。
Mr Lee Yi Shyan was born in 1962. In 1986, he graduated from the National university of Singapore in Chemical Engineering. In 1997, he completed an executive management programme at the Harvard Business School and a management programme at Tsinghua University in 2001. Mr Lee began his career at the Economic Development Board, where he held senior positions in human resources, services development, China operations and industry development for the chemical sector. He was based in Washington DC and Chicago from 1993 to 1997, as well as Suzhou in China from 1997 to 1998. Mr Lee was appointed Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board in 2000. In 2001, Mr Lee was appointed Chief Executive Officer of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore. After the May 2006 elections, Mr Lee became a Member of Parliament for East Coast GRC and served as Minister of State (MOS) for Trade and Industry. As MOS (MTI), Mr Lee actively promotes economic exchanges and international trade and investments with China, Middle East and Russia. Mr Lee also chairs the Quality Service Advisory Council of public services. In April 2009, Mr Lee was concurrently appointed as Minister of State for Manpower. Mr Lee oversees and spearheads research and developmental efforts for the joint MOM-MTI National Productivity Taskforce. Mr Lee is married with two children.

Born in 1962, Mr. Lu Bo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from China University of Mining and Technology and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School. Since 1985, he worked in the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Ministry of Energy and the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee before joining CNOOC in 2002. In that year, he was appointed Director of the Human Resources Department of CNOOC. In November 2006, Mr. Lu became an Assistant President of CNOOC. Since December 2007, he served as a Party Leadership Group Member of CNOOC. In May 2010, Mr. Lu was appointed as a Vice President of CNOOC.
Mr Piyush Gupta is Chief Executive Officer and Director of DBS Group Holdings and DBS Bank Ltd., as well as Director of DBS’ subsidiary companies, The Islamic Bank of Asia Limited and DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Prior to joining DBS, Piyush was Citigroup’s Chief Executive Officer for South East Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. Piyush began his career with Citibank in India in 1982 and over the years, held various senior management roles across Citi's corporate and consumer banking businesses, including Head of Strategic Planning for Emerging Markets and Regional Director for Global Transaction Services for Asia Pacific. He has also served as Citi's Country Officer for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore as well as the ASEAN Head of the Institutional Clients Group. Married with two children, Piyush has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Jim Rogers is an author, financial commentator, adventurer, and successful international investment expert. He has been frequently featured in Time, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Barron’s, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times and many media outlets worldwide. He has been a professor at Columbia University. After attending Yale and Oxford University, Rogers co-founded the Quantum Fund, a global-investment partnership. During the next 10 years, the portfolio gained 4200%, while the S&P rose less than 50%. Rogers then decided to retire – at age 37. Continuing to manage his own portfolio, Rogers kept busy serving as a professor of finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Zhang, Weiying is the Professor of Economics and Director of the e-Business Center of Peking University. He graduated with a bachelor degree in 1982, from Northwestern University at Xi’an. He received his D. Phil. in economics from Oxford University 1994. From 1984 to 1990, he was a research fellow of the Economic System Reform Institute of China under the State Commission of Restructuring Economic System. He was appointed as associate dean in February 1999. And he was the Dean of Guanghua School of Management from September 2006 to December 2010. He was awarded the “National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars” in 2000 by the Natural Science Foundation of China, and "Chinese Economic Leaders of the Year" by CCTV in 2002.
Mr. Kong Dong graduated from Jiangxi Technology University majoring in mechanical engineering in 1977 and is a senior economist. Mr. Kong was Deputy General Manager of China Ocean Helicopter Company, General Manager of Shenzhen Airport Group, Director-General in charge of the expansion project of the Beijing Capital International Airport, General Manager of China National Aviation Corporation and Chairman of CNAC, and Vice Chairman and President of CNACG. After the restructuring of China’s civil aviation industry in October 2002, he joined CNAHC as Vice President. From August 2004 till December 2008, Mr. Kong has been serving as Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of CNAHC and Vice Chairman of Air China Limited. Since April 2008, Mr. Kong has been appointed as President of CNAHC and Chairman of Air China, and since May 2008 concurrently served as Vice Chairman of Cathay Pacific Airways.
Ms. Dong Mingzhu is the current vice chairman of the board and president of Gree Electric Appliances Inc. Since 1990, she has successively awarded by “National Prominent Women Entrepreneur”, “Top 10 World’s Most Influential Chinese Women Entrepreneurs”, and “CCTV Chinese Economic Leaders of Year 2006”.
