智通财经APP讯，中远海能(01138)公布，海南招港(作为买方)拟与大连中远海运重工(作为建造方及卖方)就建造一艘乙烯船订立造船合约，代价为人民币3.35亿元。
据悉，大连海能为公司的全资附属公司，海南招港为大连海能持股87%的控股公司。
