10月28日，君亭酒店发布2026年第三季度报告。2026年第三季度，公司营业收入1.67亿元，同比下降6.85%；归母净利润298.78万元，同比下降19.98%；扣非净利润155.01万元，同比下降63.74%。
截至2026年9月底，君亭酒店旗下酒店总数为541家，较6月末增加13家。其中，已开业酒店数量为307家，较6月末增加4家。第三季度，该公司旗下在营直营酒店整体RevPAR为296.48元/间，较去年同期下降2.39%；出租率为67.99%，较去年同期下降1.91个百分点。
