10月27日，位于河南省洛阳市孟津区的呼南高铁焦济洛平段洛阳黄河公铁大桥正加紧施工。洛阳黄河公铁特大桥全长13.36公里，大桥上层为设计时速80公里的国道公路，下层为设计时速350公里的高速铁路。
