智通财经APP获悉，TPG正与艾略特管理公司（Elliott Management）洽谈收购英国数据中心运营商Ark Data Centres，交易估值约50亿美元；相关讨论仍在进行，交易尚未得到保证，TPG与Ark均未立即回应置评请求。
据公开资料显示，Ark Data Centres为英国数据中心运营商，艾略特于2012年将其收购，据路透社此前消息，艾略特去年已在探索包括出售在内的战略选项，交易估值可能超过40亿美元；Ark与英国内阁办公厅设有合资公司Crown Hosting Data Centres，可承接英国公共部门的数据中心需求。
