10月28日，午后半导体设备板块持续走高，东方嘉盛（002889.SZ）、金海通（603061.SH）、宇晶股份（002943.SZ）涨停，联动科技（301369.SZ）、同飞股份（300990.SZ）、苏大维格（300331.SZ）、新益昌（688383.SH）、高凯技术（688835.SH）涨超10%。
消息面上，摩根大通报告指出，拉姆研究将2026年全球晶圆制造设备市场规模预测，从此前的1500亿至1540亿美元，上调至约1550亿美元。公司预计2027年全球晶圆制造设备市场规模将超过2000亿美元。
