10月27日，希格生科宣布其自主研发的首个进入临床阶段的FAK/SRC双靶点抑制剂SIGX1094，联合信达生物已上市的KRAS-G12C抑制剂氟泽雷塞片（商品名：达伯特®），用于KRAS-G12C突变阳性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的Ⅱ/Ⅲ期临床试验（IND）已正式获得国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）批准。这是SIGX1094继弥漫性胃癌之后拓展的第二个核心适应症。
