为扩大就业政策知晓率，10月26日，团结街道少年路社区进小区开展宣传。工作人员发放资料、现场答疑，面向返乡人员、就业困难群众、高校毕业生等重点群体，讲解就业补贴、技能培训、创业扶持、岗位推荐等政策，收集就业需求，引导群众参训、拓宽渠道。社区将持续优化服务、精准对接供需，推动重点群体稳定就业。
