10月26日，四川美丰（000731.SZ）公告，公司控股子公司四川双瑞能源有限公司拟与中国石油化工股份（00386.HK）有限公司西南油气分公司签署LNG代加工服务合同，服务费按液化天然气产品结算量815元/吨（不含税）计算，合同年预估金额为6262.46万元（含税），期限至2029年8月29日。该关联交易议案已于2026年10月23日经董事会审议通过。
