中国经济网北京10月26日讯 国家金融监督管理总局网站10月23日公布的上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表（沪金罚决字〔2026〕202-207号）显示，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司信用卡中心未开立独立的保险佣金收取账户。时任上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司信用卡中心客户经营部总经理张毅为相关责任人。
上海金融监管局对上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司信用卡中心警告并罚款1万元；对张毅警告并罚款1万元。
