10月24日上午，巴青县玛如乡扎若改村安置点，板房搭建正在紧张推进，规划60间。截至15时40分，已建成26间——只要开凿好烟道口，就能交付入住。
下午，板房前的空地上，受灾群众陆续领到了牛粪炉子。
一边是房子，一边是炉子。
房子解决的是“有得住”，炉子解决的是“暖得起来”。两样都齐了，群众过渡期的这个冬天，也安稳了。
