清晨正是养胃的黄金时段，经常吃这四类早餐，坚持一个月就能养成“铁打胃”

我家老大十岁那天早上，捧着饭碗说了一句气人的话：爸爸你这粥要是再不行就跟我减肥教练一样，天天说好听但不解决问题。我当时愣了半秒，看见他昨晚吃了点油泼辣子拌面，半夜就喊肚子不舒服，早晨一闻味儿就皱眉。70多岁的老爸也跟着叹气，说他晨起胃里发凉，喝口热水能缓过来，但吃啥都不香。那一早我没跟他讲大道理，直接把锅里那碗桂圆银耳莲子粥端上桌。米粒开花，银耳软糯，热气一上来，屋里那股温和的甜香就把人劝住了。老大一口气吃了半碗，老爸也说这回不是顶胃的甜，是温着胃的那种甜。

早晨是脾胃阳气升发、运化功能启动的关键时段。人一醒，胃就像个开工的机器，启动顺不顺，全看早餐这第一口。要是温度不对、食材太硬太冷、或者甜得太猛，胃黏膜就容易受刺激，第二口还没下去，胃就开始抗议。要是选对食材走温和路线，早餐吃进去的是温养脾胃的“底气”，长期坚持，胃寒、胃胀、消化不良这几类老毛病就更容易缓下来。想把胃养成结实的那种状态，咱山东人得先把早晨这顿饭做明白。

我给家里人常备的，是四道同一套思路的养胃早餐，食材温和，做法简单，尤其适合全家一起吃。你不用天天换花样，也不用搞什么很复杂的养生流派。把握住一个关键点就行：早餐要温、要软、要能被胃轻松接住。下面这几道我做了不少次，亲手在家端过，也看着家里人吃完是什么反应。

桂圆银耳莲子粥是我最常做的一道。家里有人胃口差、晨起手脚发凉，或者早上吃两口就顶得慌，就更适合这道。原料不算稀奇：大米50克，干银耳10克，干莲子20克，桂圆肉15克，冰糖适量。做的时候我会按一个节奏来，提前泡发，煮出来就省事。

具体做法很直白。大米淘洗干净后先浸泡30分钟，银耳用温水泡发30分钟，莲子洗净最好把芯去掉不怕苦；锅里加足量清水烧开，放入大米和莲子，大火煮沸后转小火慢熬20分钟。米粒要到开花的程度，再加入银耳和桂圆肉，小火继续熬15到20分钟，中途勤搅拌避免粘锅。最后加冰糖调味，温热了就能吃，别凉得太快。
