秋分将至，润燥别只盯着梨和银耳，这6样宝藏食材才是真高手

秋分快到了，早晚凉飕飕的，嗓子眼却干得像砂纸——这是身体在拉警报了。一说到润燥，大家第一反应就是炖梨汤、煮银耳羹，没错，这俩确实是好东西。但每年秋天翻来覆去就这两样，嘴巴都喝寡淡了不说，润燥这事儿也不是一招鲜能吃遍天的。今天咱们聊点实在的，菜市场里藏着好几样被低估的润燥宝藏，便宜、好吃、做法简单，关键是真管用。

01 莲藕：秋藕最补人，生吃熟吃都润

老话讲“荷莲一身宝，秋藕最补人”，秋天的藕脆甜多汁，水分足得咬一口能滋出来。很多人只知道藕能炒菜炖汤，其实润燥才是它的看家本领。生藕性寒，清热生津，嗓子冒火的时候榨杯藕汁或者凉拌一盘，喉咙里那股燥劲儿能压下去大半。熟藕就温润多了，炖排骨、做糯米藕，粉粉糯糯的，养胃又润肠。有个小细节：凉拌藕片之前记得用沸水焯一下，藕长在水里容易带寄生虫，这一步别偷懒。

02 山药：不寒不燥，润肺养脾的温和派

山药也是个被严重低估的润燥选手。它不寒不燥，温润得像秋天的午后阳光，中医说它“色白入肺，味甘归脾”，一边润嗓子一边养脾胃，两头都顾上了。最省事的吃法就是蒸——去皮切段往锅里一扔，蒸熟了蘸点蜂蜜或者蓝莓酱，软糯香甜，当早餐当加餐都合适。家里有小孩老人的，山药蒸好压成泥拌进粥里，润物细无声地就把秋燥给对付了。

03 百合：润肺又清心，秋夜安神好帮手

百合这东西，名字听着温柔，本事可不小。它是药食同源的经典润燥食材，对付秋天那种干咳少痰、嗓子哑到说话费劲的情况特别在行。而且百合不光润肺，还能清心除烦，秋天容易心烦睡不踏实的，晚上喝碗百合莲子粥，整个人都安定下来。新鲜百合掰开洗干净，和西芹腰果一炒，清清爽爽的一道小菜；干百合就泡发了煮粥煲汤，怎么折腾都不出错。

04 白萝卜：几块钱一根，润燥顺气真划算

白萝卜得单独拎出来说说。这玩意儿菜市场几块钱一根，看着不起眼，润燥的本事可不含糊。生吃水分大得惊人，切丝凉拌或者榨汁，嗓子干痒的时候来一杯，比含片还舒服。熟吃呢，顺气消食，秋天贴秋膘吃多了油腻的，炖一锅白萝卜排骨汤，暖呼呼地下肚，整个人都通透了。李时珍在《本草纲目》里夸萝卜“乃蔬中之最有利益者”，这话搁到现在看，一点不过分。

05 荸荠：水做的马蹄，清甜润肠藏得深

荸荠可能有些朋友不太熟，但它在润燥界绝对算得上隐藏高手。这东西又叫马蹄，脆生生的，清甜多汁，生吃就像在嚼一颗水做的糖。它清热生津、润肠通便，秋天大便干结的时候吃几颗，比吃药温和多了。荸荠可以生吃，但更推荐煮熟了吃，削皮后和甘蔗一起煮水，甜丝丝的，润燥效果翻倍。拿来剁碎了和肉馅拌在一起做丸子，口感层次特别丰富，家里挑食的小朋友也能多扒两碗饭。

06 黑芝麻：从根上润养，每天两勺就够

最后说说黑芝麻。很多人觉得芝麻是补肾乌发的，跟润燥有啥关系？关系大着呢。秋天燥邪伤的是津液，而黑芝麻“润五脏、填精髓”，是从根子上给身体补水润养。最日常的吃法就是炒熟了打成粉，每天早上舀两勺拌进粥里或者牛奶里，香喷喷的。黑芝麻糊也是好选择，但建议买纯黑芝麻自己打粉冲，市售的很多加了大量糖，润燥效果打了折扣不说，还容易长胖。

秋分润燥，吃法要温和，别猛灌寒凉

秋分这个节点很特殊，昼夜平分，阴阳各半，身体也在从夏天的“往外散”切换到秋天的“往回收”。这时候润燥不能一味用寒凉的东西猛灌，脾胃受不了。莲藕熟吃、山药蒸着吃、百合煮粥、白萝卜炖汤、荸荠煮熟、黑芝麻打粉冲糊，这些吃法都偏温和，润而不寒，才是秋分养生的正确打开方式。

少辛增酸，别让辛辣拖了润燥的后腿
