入秋必吃这3菜3果，顺应时节润燥养人，全家安稳过秋天

秋天终于来了，早晚出门那一阵凉风，别提多舒服了。可凉快归凉快，嗓子干、皮肤紧、鼻子痒这些小毛病也跟着来了，这就是秋燥在作怪。咱们夏天的脾胃被冰饮凉菜折腾了一整个季节，入秋后特别容易没胃口、犯困乏力。这时候可别急着大鱼大肉“贴秋膘”，选对食材比吃得多更重要。今天就跟大家分享入秋必吃的3菜3果，全是菜市场随手能买到的应季货，家常做法不费事，润燥养胃，一家人舒舒服服过秋天。

第一菜：白萝卜——秋天里的“润肺小能手”

秋天的白萝卜跟其他季节真不一样，水分足、肉质脆，吃起来甜丝丝的，一点不辣口。关键是便宜啊，几块钱就能买一大根，实实在在的秋日宝藏。

从吃法上来说，白萝卜可塑性特别强。想清爽一点，切成细丝清炒，出锅前撒一把虾皮，鲜味一下就上来了，配粥配饭都绝。想吃得暖乎一点，炖一锅萝卜排骨汤，排骨焯水后跟萝卜块一起小火慢煲，萝卜炖到透明软烂，汤色奶白清甜，喝完整个人都通透了。天气再凉一点的时候，切几片白萝卜加两片姜煮水喝，喉咙干痒的时候来一杯，比什么润喉糖都管用。

白萝卜的妙处在于它润肺的同时还能帮你消化，秋天吃多了不消化、肚子胀，来点萝卜准没错。

第二菜：山药——脾胃的“贴心小棉袄”

山药这东西，看着灰扑扑不起眼，但真是被低估的秋日好食材。入秋后的铁棍山药质地特别细腻，蒸熟以后粉粉糯糯，自带一股淡淡的清香，老人小孩都爱吃。

我最推荐的吃法是清蒸。山药洗净切段，上锅蒸十五分钟，剥皮直接吃，原汁原味最能吃出它的好。如果觉得太单调，可以淋一点蜂蜜或者蓝莓酱，瞬间变成一道小甜品。平时煮粥的时候扔几段山药进去，大米粥、小米粥都搭，煮出来的粥更绵密顺滑，早上喝一碗，胃里暖洋洋的。

山药的厉害之处在于它健脾养胃的同时还能补气，夏天消耗大、入秋后觉得浑身没劲的朋友，坚持吃一段时间山药，状态真的会不一样。买的时候优先选铁棍山药，细长的那种，口感比粗的好很多。

第三菜：莲藕——秋藕最养人，脆糯两吃都出彩

老话说“荷莲一身宝，秋藕最补人”，秋天的莲藕脆嫩多汁，藕孔饱满，带着其他季节吃不到的那种鲜甜。

莲藕分脆藕和粉藕，买的时候注意区分：脆藕颜色偏白、身形细长，适合清炒凉拌；粉藕颜色偏深、短粗圆润，适合炖汤。脆藕切成薄片，热锅快炒，加点醋和蒜末，清脆爽口，解腻一流。粉藕跟排骨一起炖汤，炖到藕块绵软拉丝，一口咬下去又粉又糯，汤里都是藕的清香。

还有个很多人不知道的吃法——秋藕黑米粥。莲藕切丁，跟黑米、红枣一起熬粥，最后加点红糖，软糯香甜，补气血又润燥，早上来一碗，一整天都精气神满满。

第一果：梨——行走的“天然甘露”

说到秋天吃水果，梨要是排第二，没人敢排第一。“秋吃梨，燥不欺”，秋天的梨个个果肉饱满、汁水充盈，咬一口跟喝果汁似的。

梨的品种很多，秋月梨个头大、水分足、甜度高，直接啃最过瘾。雪梨偏凉一些，脾胃弱的朋友建议煮熟了吃，寒性会减弱，润而不伤胃。最经典的吃法就是冰糖雪梨——梨去核切块，加几颗冰糖和枸杞，隔水蒸或者小火慢煮，蒸出来的梨软烂香甜，喉咙干痒的时候来一碗，从嗓子一路润到心里。

想换个花样的话，试试空气炸锅烤梨。整梨去核，塞入红枣和冰糖，锡纸包好烤半小时，果肉软烂到一戳就破，甜香扑鼻，秋天窝在沙发里来一个，幸福感拉满。

第二果：葡萄——秋日限定的“甜蜜炮弹”

秋天的葡萄真是甜到犯规。夏末秋初阳光足、温差大，葡萄的糖分攒得足足的，皮薄肉厚，洗上一盘放桌上，一家人边聊天边吃，一会儿就光盘了。

葡萄不光好吃，营养也扎实。它富含花青素和白藜芦醇，抗氧化能力强，秋天吃葡萄还能补气血、健脾胃。选葡萄的时候，挑果霜厚、果梗绿的更新鲜，轻轻一晃不掉粒的才是好葡萄。

除了直接吃，葡萄还能冻着吃。洗干净沥干水，一粒粒剪下来放冷冻室，冻硬了当小冰球含着吃，清甜冰爽，比冰淇淋健康多了，孩子特别喜欢。

第三果：柚子——秋日去火“第一果”

柚子一上市，秋天的仪式感就算齐了。剥开厚厚的外皮，一瓣瓣果肉饱满多汁，酸甜适中，特别解腻。吃完大鱼大肉来几瓣柚子，嘴里的油腻感瞬间消失。

柚子最大的优势是水分足、热量低，富含维生素C和膳食纤维，润肺清肠两不误。而且柚子全身都是宝——果肉吃了，柚子皮别扔，切成细丝用盐水泡过去苦味，加蜂蜜熬成柚子茶，冲水喝酸甜清香，秋天嗓子不舒服的时候来一杯，比买的饮料强太多了。

选柚子也有小技巧：同样大小的柚子，掂起来越沉说明水分越足；表皮光滑、颜色偏黄的成熟度更好。红心柚比白心柚甜度高一些，喜欢甜的可以优先选红心的。
