上海市水文总站2026年10月24日15时30分发布黄浦江高潮位蓝色预警信号：受2630号台风“蔷琵”、冷空气和天文大潮共同影响，预计25日12时15分黄浦江苏州河口最高潮位达到4.65米左右。市防汛指挥部要求各级防汛机构、沿江沿河各单位检查落实防范措施。
