【花旗环球：拟发行5系列挂钩港股的欧式现金结算认购权证】 Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG公告称，拟发行5系列欧式现金结算认购权证，分别挂钩腾讯控股、宁德时代、上海壁仞科技、阿里巴巴、中国民生银行的港股股份，发行规模分别为8000万份、1.23亿份、5600万份、1.18亿份、1亿份，每份价格均为0.150港元。权证仅可于到期日行使，将申请于联交所上市买卖，花旗环球金融亚洲有限公司担任流通量提供者。
