【摩根大通：拟发行5只挂钩多只个股的可赎回牛熊证】 J.P. Morgan公告称，拟发行5只欧式现金结算R类单一股份可赎回牛熊证，证券代号分别为56415、56416、56419、56420、56427，对应挂钩腾讯控股、比亚迪股份、腾讯控股、兆易创新、宁德时代的相关股份，其中4只为牛证、1只为熊证，总发行规模合计5.5亿份。上述牛熊证推出日为2026年10月22日，预计2026年10月27日于联交所上市，由JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association提供无条件不可撤回担保。
