10月23日，根据黑龙江证监局发布公告，哈尔滨越榕先锋创业投资有限责任公司被责令改正，公司法定代表人、总经理鞠钱收警示函。
经查，越榕先锋存在三项违规行为：专职人员不足5人且财务状况不佳；投资决策内控制度未有效执行；未妥善保存私募基金相关材料。
