【兗煤澳洲：董事辞任及委任多名董事职务】 兗煤澳洲公告称，Gregory James Fletcher自2027年1月1日起辞任独立非执行董事、董事会联席副董事长、审计与风险管理委员会主席及提名与薪酬委员会委员职务。委任Peter Smith为联席副董事长，自2027年1月1日起生效，其将继续履行现有董事会及委员会职务。委任Vincent Nicoletti为独立非执行董事、审计与风险管理委员会主席及提名与薪酬委员会委员，自2027年1月1日起生效。
