上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孙忠）10月23日，新券上市再受追捧，常青转债开盘大涨30%，触发盘中临时停牌。
上交所公告称，N常青转今日上午交易出现异常波动。根据《上海证券交易所可转换公司债券交易实施细则》的有关规定，上交所决定，自10月23日9时25分开始暂停N常青转交易，自10月23日14时57分起恢复交易。
