人民财讯10月22日电，国家发展改革委10月22日公布新版《对外投资管理办法》，在制度上更好保障对外投资发展和安全。
管理办法共76条，分为总则、对外投资指导和服务、对外投资监管、对外投资保护、法律责任、附则等六章。管理办法自2026年12月1日起施行，届时2017年出台的《企业境外投资管理办法》同步废止。（新华社）
