俄罗斯总统助理乌沙科夫今天（10月21日）表示，俄总统普京在圣彼得堡会见美国总统特使威特科夫期间，向其通报俄罗斯愿意在11月中旬恢复乌克兰问题俄美乌三方谈判。威特科夫表示，欧洲和基辅在调解问题上出现新做法，尽管其中有用内容并不多。乌沙科夫透露，普京和威特科夫还详细讨论了落实俄美大规模经济项目的可能性。（CCTV国际时讯）
