10月21日，英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋在柏林GTC大会主题演讲中表示，人工智能将改变电信行业，提高频谱利用效率，并推动通信基站转变为分布式AI基础设施。他提到，约10万个站点可构成规模约100吉瓦的分布式数据中心网络。黄仁勋还称，经过近8年的研发，英伟达已与诺基亚在T-Mobile网络完成首次商业电话呼叫。
