格隆汇10月21日丨宝光股份(600379.SH)公布，公司董事会于2026年10月20日收到公司副总经理张军先生、袁军为先生的书面辞职报告，张军先生、袁军为先生因工作变动原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞去公司副总经理职务后，张军先生不再担任公司任何职务，袁军为先生仍在公司担任战略顾问。
