【摩根大通：发行5只挂钩多只港股的可赎回牛熊证】 J.P. Morgan公告称，发行人J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V.拟发行5只欧式现金结算R类单一股份可赎回牛熊证，由摩根大通银行无条件不可撤回担保，将于2026年10月23日在港交所上市。其中4只为牛证，分别挂钩腾讯控股、宁德时代H股、华虹宏力，1只为熊证挂钩联想集团，发行额合计4.8亿份，到期日分布在2027年4月至2028年12月。牛熊证具备强制赎回机制，最高损失或为全部投资金额，投资者需审慎评估风险。
