北京证券交易所10月20日消息，浙江亿得新材料股份有限公司（简称“浙江亿得”）回复了首轮问询，拟在北交所上市。
浙江亿得主要从事染料的研发、生产及销售，主要产品包括活性染料及分散染料，产品主要应用于纺织品的染色和印花。
根据招股书，浙江亿得拟募资5.68亿元，其中，9000万元用于补充流动资金。
