格隆汇10月21日丨江瀚新材(603281.SH)在互动平台表示，公司目前在建的1万吨/年功能性硅烷生产装置的产品可广泛用于橡胶、树脂、复合材料、胶粘剂/密封剂、表面处理、能源、电子等行业。在PCB领域，功能性硅烷可用于增强铜箔与树脂基材间的粘接强度。该装置预计2026年底建成，2027年初投入试运行，届时将进一步增强公司产品供应能力，为规模增长、市场扩张和业绩提升提供支撑。
