10月21日，坚朗五金公告，公司董事会近日收到白宝鲲书面辞职报告，其因个人身体原因申请辞去公司第五届董事会董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员及总裁职务。为继续发挥白宝鲲在战略决策、行业经验及公司治理等方面的积极作用，董事会同意聘任白宝鲲担任公司名誉董事长。（公司公告）
