日本石油协会（PAJ）周三公布的数据显示，截至10月17日当周，日本商业原油库存为1129.48万千升，较此前一周的1064.26万千升增加65.22万千升。炼厂可操作产能（BPSD）利用率为83%，此前一周为86.4%。炼厂设计产能（BPCD）利用率为76.4%，此前一周为78.8%。由于日本石油产品供应结构发生变化，日本石油协会暂停发布汽油、航空煤油、煤油和柴油的周度库存明细。
