2026年5月1日，全球首款PROTAC蛋白降解剂vepdegestrant (商品名Veppanu)正式获美国FDA批准上市，用于治疗携带ESR1突变、既往内分泌治疗后疾病进展的ER阳性、HER2阴性晚期或转移性乳腺癌的患者。时隔25年，自2001年首篇PROTAC概念论文发表于PNAS，这项前沿生物医药技术终于从实验室落地临床，开启靶向蛋白降解疗法的全新时代。

本次研讨聚焦靶向蛋白降解领域的前沿科学研究与创新药物的早期研发和临床开发，围绕五大专题板块展开深度交流：1.小分子靶向蛋白降解药物发现；2.诱导邻近效应介导的新型降解机制与分子开发；3.临床阶段蛋白降解药物的研发进展与转化应用；4.膜蛋白靶向降解及溶酶体介导等新型降解技术探索；5.靶向蛋白降解相关的结构生物学、蛋白质组学等前沿研究与基础科学创新。大会汇聚数十位学术界与工业界权威讲者，系统呈现靶向蛋白降解领域的前沿科研成果、产业转化路径与临床开发进展。

On May 1, 2026,the world’s first PROTAC protein degrader, vepdegestrant (brand name: Veppanu), was officially approved by the U.S. FDA for the treatment of adult patients with ER‑positive, HER2‑negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer harboring ESR1 mutations, who have experienced disease progression following prior endocrine therapy.A quarter of a centuryhas passed since the first conceptual paper on PROTAC was published in PNAS in 2001; this groundbreaking biomedical technology has now finally made the leap from the laboratory to clinical practice, ushering in anew era for targeted protein degradation therapeutics.

This symposium focuses oncutting‑edge scientific research in targeted protein degradation, as well as the early‑stage discovery and clinical development of innovative drugs in this field. It features in‑depth discussions acrossfive thematic areas: (1) small‑molecule targeted protein degraders and drug discovery; (2) novel degradation mechanisms and molecular development mediated by induced proximity; (3) research advances and translational applications of clinical‑stage protein degraders; (4) exploration of emerging degradation technologies, including membrane protein targeting and lysosome‑mediated pathways; and (5) frontier research and foundational scientific innovations in structural biology, proteomics, and other related disciplines pertinent to targeted protein degradation. The conference brings togetherdozens of distinguished speakers from both academia and industry, and aims to systematically presentthe latest research achievements, industrial translation pathways, and clinical development progress across the entire targeted protein degradation landscape.
