三门峡市城乡一体化示范区喜喜多便利超市（个体工商户）（河南省三门峡市城乡一体化示范区阳店镇小河市场2号）销售的螺丝椒，噻虫胺检出值为0.13mg/kg、标准值≤0.05mg/kg，超出标准限量1.6倍。
