10月20日，中国国航（601111.SH）公告称，公司2026年第二次临时股东会将审议两项飞机引进议案：一是公司拟向空客公司购买15架空客A350-900飞机，计划2030年至2032年分批交付；二是公司控股子公司深圳航空拟向空客公司购买40架空客A320NEO系列飞机，计划2029年至2032年分批交付。上述两项交易已经公司第七届董事会第十九次会议审议通过。
