10月20日，中国银行（03988.HK）于2026年10月20日完成发行总额500亿元人民币的减记型二级资本债券。本期债券为10年期固定利率债券，票面利率1.74%，在第5年末附发行人赎回权，于全国银行间债券市场发行，募集资金用于补充本行二级资本。本次发行经相关监管机构批准，并经2025年7月18日股东大会审议通过发行不超过4,500亿元人民币或等值外币资本工具的议案。
