10月20日，豪威集团（603501.SH）公告称，公司已取得平安银行上海分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，同意为公司回购A股提供不超过4.5亿元的股票回购专项贷款，贷款期限不超过3年。公司此前披露的回购方案显示，拟回购资金总额不低于2.5亿元且不高于5亿元，回购价格不超过120元/股，回购股份用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
