新建商品住宅销售价格
南昌环比下降0.2%，同比下降3.5%
九江环比下降0.4%，同比下降5.0%
赣州环比下降0.2%，同比下降3.5%
二手住宅销售价格
南昌环比下降0.4%，同比下降5.8%
九江环比下降0.3%，同比下降6.7%
赣州环比下降0.4%，同比下降5.6%
