10月20日，星宇股份（601799.SH）公告称，公司回购股份方案金额区间为1亿元-2亿元，用途为注销减少注册资本，回购实施期限为2026年8月12日至2027年8月11日，因半年度权益分派，回购价格上限调整为不超过148.31元/股，调整自2026年10月19日起实施。2026年10月20日，公司以集中竞价方式首次回购股份15.10万股，占总股本比例0.0529%，回购价格区间68.41元/股-69.35元/股，累计支付金额1041.55万元。后续公司将在回购期限内择机推进回购。
