中国电影10月20日公告， 公司董事会近日收到董事、董事会秘书、副总经理卜树升的辞呈，因工作调整，卜树升辞去上述职务，辞任后不再担任公司任何职务。根据《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》的规定，在公司聘任新的董事会秘书前，暂由代行董事长职责的副董事长李现曾代行董事会秘书职责。
