10月20日，创新药概念股表现活跃，海正药业（600267.SH）、昭衍新药（603127.SH）盘中涨停；三力制药（603439.SH）、石药创新（300765.SZ）、和元生物（688238.SH）盘中涨超7%；药康生物（688046.SH）、前沿生物-U（688221.SH）涨超5%。
消息面上，10月20日，国家发展改革委召开10月份新闻发布会，国家发展改革委国民经济综合司副司长左刚表示，前三季度创新药对外技术授权约1300亿美元，接近去年全年。
