10月20日，创新药概念表现活跃，昭衍新药（603127.SH）逼近涨停，三力制药（603439.SH）、石药创新（300765.SZ）、和元生物（688238.SH）、诚达药业（301201.SZ）、三生国健（688336.SH）跟涨。消息面上，国家发展改革委召开10月份新闻发布会，国家发展改革委国民经济综合司副司长左刚表示，前三季度创新药对外技术授权约1300亿美元，接近去年全年。
