【光大环境：完成发行2026年度第三期20亿元中期票据】 光大环境公告称，公司已于2026年10月15日完成发行2026年度第三期中期票据，本金规模20.00亿元，期限2年，票面年利率1.50%，起息日为2026年10月16日，兑付日为2028年10月16日。本次发行由光大证券任主承销商，工商银行、兴业银行任联席主承销商，募集资金扣除承销费后拟全部用于偿还公司境外人民币贷款。
