10月19日，聚光科技（300203.SZ）公告称，公司控股股东睿洋科技于2025年6月5日至2026年10月15日累计被司法拍卖和强制平仓所持公司股份合计485.95万股，占公司总股本的1.08%，股份变动触及1%整数倍。本次变动后，睿洋科技及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份1.07亿股，占总股本23.86%，仍为公司控股股东，本次变动不会导致公司控制权变更。
