10月19日，中山公用（000685）发布公告，因公司内部工作调整，经董事会提名委员会审议通过，董事会同意免去刘明建公司副总经理职务。
刘明建将继续在公司全资子公司任职。本决定自董事会审议通过之日起生效，不会对公司日常经营活动产生不利影响。
2026年中期，中山公用实现收入21.73亿元，归母净利润14.68亿元。
