10月18日，辽宁丹东凤城一对新人结婚时，将一排婚庆彩烟摆放在马路中间拍照，过往车辆需绕行。拍摄者称该路段系施工封闭路段，尚未正式开通。19日，凤城交警大队工作人员回应百姓关注记者称，针对该行为只能批评教育，难以处罚。来源：百姓关注
