【财华社讯】粤海置地(00124.HK)公布，预期截至2026年9月30日止九个月，将录得未经审核归属于公司持有者溢利不少于2.4亿港元，而2025年同期亏损约0.16亿港元。扭亏主要由于存货减值拨备较去年同期大幅减少；投资物业公允值亏损有所减少；惟物业销售溢利因交付总楼面面积减少而同比下降。
