“蔷琵”仍在海上发展蓄力，其风眼于昨天下午开始短暂模糊后，今早再度变得清晰起来，目前中心附近最大风力在17级（60米/秒，超强台风级），云系广阔，直径超过1500公里。21日以后，“蔷琵”的路径依然存在较大变数，如果21-22日冷空气对副热带高压的削弱作用稍强，那么“蔷琵”就会转向；如果削弱作用稍弱，“蔷琵”可能登陆我国。
