人民财讯10月18日电，*ST准油(002207)10月18日公告，为支持公司经营发展、优化公司资产负债结构、增强公司资本实力，公司控股股东克拉玛依城投拟无偿赠与公司现金6000万元整。本次赠与金额作为对公司的资本性投入，按有关规定计入公司资本公积。
