据福建日报，10月17日，21世纪海上丝绸之路地方政府合作暨国际友好城市对话会在福州开幕。福建省委书记赵龙出席并致辞，中国人民对外友好协会会长杨万明到会祝贺并致辞，福建省委副书记、福州市委书记郭宁宁主持。“海丝”共建国家地方政府和友好组织约100名外宾参会。
