金黄酥脆的香炸蟹柳棒：一口咬下，满嘴鲜香解馋

要说家里最让人惦记的小零食，香炸蟹柳棒绝对榜上有名。外皮炸得蓬松焦香，轻轻一咬“咔嚓”一声，里面蟹肉的鲜味立刻在嘴里散开，再配上点香辣调料，咸香解馋，简直让人停不下来。每次做这道菜，家里的小孩和大人都会围在锅边，等着第一根出锅，那画面，想想就让人忍不住笑。

其实这道菜做起来特别简单，不用复杂的食材，也不用高超的厨艺，几分钟就能搞定。首先准备几根蟹柳棒，超市里买的那种冷冻的就行，解冻后稍微用厨房纸吸一下表面的水分，这一步很关键，不然炸的时候容易溅油。接着调个简单的面糊：两个鸡蛋、三勺面粉、一勺淀粉，加一点点盐和胡椒粉，再倒少量清水，搅拌成酸奶状的稠度就行，太稀挂不住，太厚又会影响口感。

把蟹柳棒放进面糊里滚一圈，让每一面都均匀裹上，然后放进烧到六成热的油锅里。油温别太高，不然外面糊了里面还没热，也别太低，不然会吸太多油。炸到表面金黄、浮起来的时候，用筷子轻轻翻个面，再炸十几秒就可以捞出来了。这时候的蟹柳棒已经够香了，但想要更解馋，还可以趁热撒上点辣椒粉、孜然粉或者芝麻，香味立刻翻倍。
